Do like Olympians project
The school hosted a presentation of the All-Ukrainian Do like Olympians project, which is held with the support of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine together with the The Coca-Cola Foundation. Under the Do like Olympians project, the students demonstrated to the students social short films that reveal the peculiarities of the seven Olympic values, among them: respect, friendship, inspiration, equality, perfection, courage, dedication. Denys Nechyporenko (the master of sports of Ukraine in track and field athletics) and Sofia Novytska (the master of sports of Ukraine on archery spent an active workout) conducted morning exercises for pupils of the 1st grade, during which they loaded children positively and motivated them for sports. With smiles on the face and tenacity in the eyes of the students, the students actively rehearsed the athletes’ exercises. All participants of the event were awarded with gifts from the Office of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine in Cherkasy region.
