Silver Checkers
Following the city tournament checkers our school team won second place overall. The tournament was held with the Swiss system in five rounds. School was represented by Olexander Karpovych (11A class) and Liudmyla Starodub (class 6B). Olexander won five parties of five and won first place among boys and Liudmyla entered the eight best women artists in drafts. The teacher of physical culture Lyzunenko O.V. coached our team.
The whole school family welcomes Olexander Karpovych, Liudmyla Starodub and teacher of physical culture Olexander Lyzunenko with the victory and wish successful performance in the chess tournament, which will take place from 26 to 28 October.
