Clay. Fire. History
Students vacationing and studying in the language camp «SUNSHINE» visited the Regional Museum. The museum held a joint exhibition with Cherkasy city Archaeological Museum of the Middle Dnieper “Clay. Fire. History”. The first exhibition of the newly established Archaeological Museum, where over a hundred exhibits, launched in the lobby of the Cherkasy regional museum and tour for visitors spent director of Cherkasy city archaeological museum of the Middle Dnieper Mykhailo Syvolap. At the heart of the exhibition is the history of ancient ceramic craft, from ancient samples of 6-4 millennium BC to the early 20th century. Our pupils participated in master classes on making products of clay. They tried to make pottery for Neolithic technique, had the opportunity to present themselves restorers, tried to draw together the disparate pieces of lost and play kind of dishes.
