Melpomene stars
The results of the city art festival “Art Wonderland of Cherkasy region” in the nominations “Dramatic collectives”, “Readers” and “Humor” are summed up. In the nomination “Readers” I place took Ilia Oparin (10-A) with the verse of Bohdan-Igor Antonych “November”. The play, based on the story of Arthur Conan Doyle, “The Baskervill Dog”, represented by the theater team of the school, consisting of 10-A class students, Ilia Oparin, Andrii Semeniuk, Vladyslav Babiienko and Maryna Rumiantseva (leader I.O. Korkishko) won the second place. In the nomination “Humor” II place was taken by Yuri Vovkotrub (6-B). He presented the fable of Nikita Hodovnets “Tramplin”.
School administration, school parliament, academic council of children’s association “Country of Adventures”, students and teachers sincerely congratulate the theater team of the school, Ilia Oparin, Yuri Vovkotrub and their artistic director Ihor Oleksiiovych Korkishko on winning and wishing further success in creative competitions.
