Invitation to the language camp “SUNSHINE”
GoCamp 2019 Project. Starting from June 5, 2019, our summer school “SUNSHINE” will run at our school. This annual camp will have a new format, as the school is a participant of the GoCamp 2019 project. And this means that we are looking forward to the arrival of a volunteer who will work together with foreign language teachers. During the camp, children will be able to take part in the implementation of exciting projects and tasks, to communicate in foreign languages with the bearer of languages and relax. Teachers of foreign languages Liashchenko A.O. and Tereshchenko I.V. visited special training seminars in Kyiv to organize the work of #GoCamp. With a specially designed program, children will be in a multicultural environment, learn to work in a team, think critically and be tolerant of others. The program includes classes in English and French using innovative techniques and modern scientific and methodological support, games and sporting events, excursions, contests and master classes.
At present, the school is actively preparing for the organization of the language camp. One of the stages of the organization is the search for a family to host Mr. Jean Louis Plont from 10.06 to 21.06.2019. Our volunteer is 71; he is an active pensioner who speaks English and French. We appeal to all who are interested in learning foreign languages, who can take Jean Louis in their own time during this period and get a good opportunity to raise the level of languages, make friends and find new friends abroad for the future. Mr Plont is highly educated and unpretentious in nutrition. You will not have any trouble with food inquiries. To him, as a volunteer, you need a room in a hospitable family and your hospitality. At the moment, he is actively studying the history of our school and Cherkasy region. We ask all those who are not indifferent to subscribe to this little adventure, about which you will be proud to tell your friends and relatives.
We invite all students of 5-8th and 10th grades!
