With Shevchenko in the heart
Bright and fruitful days passed at the school dedicated to the memory of our famous fellow countryman T. Shevchenko. During the week, the students were involved in various activities: they were able to complete their knowledge of the life and work of the writer in the classroom “From Kobzar in the heart” and in the informational minutes “Shevchenko and World Literature”, participated in the quiz “What? Where?When?” , wrote literary dictations, read the works of the poet. The photo area of the school was decorated with magnificent drawings of school artists, who, probably, were inspired by the work of Shevchenko artist. The pictures of our countryman, his neat words, and excerpts from the works shot from the school stands. Interesting and unusual were the work of students who joined the art project “My Shevchenko”. The week ended with a holiday “With Shevchenko in the heart”, where children could see the staging of the works of Kobzar, listen to his poems. The gift for the poet was Ukrainian folk dances and contemporary Ukrainian songs performed by school students.
