With love in heart

School students congratulated their friends, teachers and classmates on St. Valentine’s Day. From the very morning, the representatives of the School of Understanding invited everyone who wished to join the action “Give a heart to everyone”, so it’s not surprising that today’s red hearts were shining on schoolchildren’s clothes and their mentors. In the recreation of the second floor, a festive box was installed, a photo area was created, in which everyone could take a picture. The best postcards, valentines made by students at the lessons of fine art (teacher Plakhotnia H.L.) were presented at the festive opening day. Pupils of the 4th grade turned into small cubes, which carried the “Love Mail”. The initiators of the festive events were the school parliament and volunteer club “Vector”.
Traditions of celebration and Symbolism of St. Valentine’s Day. Every year on February 14, young people give a variety of gifts: “valentines” – symbolic cards in the form of hearts, which contain recognition in love, most often in a poetic form; sweets made in the same “heart” shape or depicting Cupid’s figures – the god of love; soft toys and souvenirs. The main symbols of the holiday are performed in bright red and pink tones – colors that signify warm feelings.
