All-Ukrainian linguistic conference
A student of the 9th grade Vladyslav Bosenko (teacher Solomka O.M.) took part in the All-Ukrainian linguistic conference. The event was held on the basis of the specialized school of І-ІІІ degrees № 28 named after Taras Shevchenko on the topic “The language issue in the context of modern times”. The students of the 9th and 11th forms of the 8 schools of Cherkasy and 2 Smila cities presented their work at the conference. Vladyslav chose the question for discussion “Linguistic knowledge as a means of forming the culture of modern youth”.
The purpose of the event was to involve schoolchildren in research activities aimed at studying the linguistic issue; the formation of a culture of communication in the student’s youth, a sense of respect for the language of their own and other peoples. In the course of the conference for scientists and students, scientists of the ChNU named after Bohdan Khmelnytsky conducted a training on topical issues of the Ukrainian language. Upon completion of the event, Vladyslav and Olha Mykolaivna received the relevant certificates.
