Fun science
In Odessa was held the VI All-Ukrainian contest of projects in informatics “Fun Science” in which student of 7 A form Inozemets Anna took part. The competition presented Anna with animation project “Learn not to fail.” In her characteristic manner, using allegory, metaphor and hyperbole, she demonstrated the importance of students gaining new knowledge and skills in school. To create her project Anna used software environment Scratch, students who studied it in seventh grade at computer science lessons. Following the competition, Anna won third place for that and was awarded a bronze medal.
The competition goal is to increase the interest of students to study computer science and information technology in education; to enable talented students to express themselves, show their talent, to show their skills.
The competition was held at the Odessa lyceum “Black Sea”. This year it was attended by 125 schools from 55 settlements of Ukraine. Among them, Kyiv, Lutsk, Poltava, Shostka, Cherkasy, Vinnytsa, Coloma, Rivne, Dnipropetrovsk, Kryvyi Rig, Odessa and many others.
The school, school parliament, students, teachers sincerely congratulate Anna Inozemets and computer science teacher Olexei Borysovych Zadyranov with another victory and wish further success in the development of information technology.
