Safety lesson
First graders were visited by experts from the Rescue Service who conducted a “Safety Lesson”. In a relaxed and interesting way, the rescuers reminded the children of the rules of safe behaviour in various life situations. They talked with schoolchildren about safety at home, at school and on the street, actions in the event of an “Airborne alarm” signal and detection of explosive objects. The rescuers supplemented their performance with educational videos and informational posters. A lively discussion arose among the children when pyro technicians of the State Emergency Service talked about explosive objects, their types and dangers. Employees of the State Emergency Service demonstrated to school students what homemade dangerous finds disguised as ordinary things can look like – children’s toys, candy boxes, wallets, etc. And at the end of the meeting, representatives of the State Emergency Service conducted an interesting master class, demonstrating the operation of firefighting equipment. The rescuers stressed to the schoolchildren that they should not approach or touch such things in any case, but immediately call the numbers “101″ or “102″.
Thank you to the employees of the State Emergency Service for an interesting event!
