Week of foreign languages
Day one.
The week of foreign languages started under the motto “Save the Planet”. This year it is devoted to environmental problems. The measures are aimed at introducing new forms of work with gifted youth, aimed at forming social activities, responsibility and environmental consciousness among students, readiness to participate in solving environmental issues, awareness of the importance of sustainable development for future generations, enhancement of the culture of international communication, development of a creative personality of a student, encouraging students to study foreign languages.
The week started with a solemn opening, where all the attendees got acquainted with the plan of events and charged with a positive mood. An incredibly exciting exhibition of posters, drawings and projects entitled “Save the Earth – reuse, reduce, and recycle” and the exhibition “New life to old things” began in school recreation. Elementary students took an active part in the “Funny Breaks”, which was prepared for them by English teachers.
