The Week of foreign languages
Day five. In order to introduce new forms of work with gifted youth and to encourage students to study foreign languages, a week of foreign languages took place at the school. During the week, the students became participants of various quests “Who is the best?”, “Holidays of different countries of the world”, “Can you joke?” and games “Cheerful train”, “Joking animals”. Students made virtual tours to English-speaking countries and places of interest in France. We tried ourselves as a speaker and high school students, taking part in the “Oratory Art” competition. Thanks to the pupils of the 3rd-11th grades, an exhibition of posters, drawings, drawbacks, and design works operated during the week. Participants of the school Euro Club “Commonwealth” presented to everyone interested an oral magazine “Starry Glow of European Countries”. A whole week surprised with its performances and the school English-speaking puppet theater, where all visitors had the opportunity not only to be the viewers, but also to try themselves as an actor.
The week passed as a moment, leaving behind many pleasant, bright memories and positive emotions.
