The next pedagogical council: “School and family – a serious and long-term partnership”. In modern conditions, the educational process cannot be imagined without close cooperation between the educational institution and the family. It was this important topic – “School and family: a serious and long-term partnership” – that was the topic of the next pedagogical council. During the meeting, teachers discussed effective forms of interaction with parents, shared their own experience in building partnership relationships, and also analysed how family support affects the success, behaviour, and psychological well-being of students.
Particular attention was paid to:
the creation of an open educational environment;
involving parents in school life through participation in projects, holidays, and class hours;
the role of family education in shaping students’ values ​​and responsible behaviour;
modern challenges and ways to increase trust between school and families.
The council’s outcome was the adoption of decisions to further improve communication with the parent community, introduce new interactive forms of cooperation, and strengthen the school’s role as a support centre not only for the student but also for his or her family. The teaching staff is convinced that only in true partnership with the family can a harmonious, educated, and happy personality be raised.
