Day two. Together with the whole world, the school family celebrates the Safe Internet Day, which traditionally takes place on the first Tuesday of February starting in 2004. It should be noted that this year’s motto – “Together for the best Internet”. The morning began with congratulations on the feast of all participants in the educational process by students of grade 11 and the presentation of stickers with the logo. Pupils of the 5-V class together with a computer science teacher Orlenko A.O. watched the video “The terrible week of Petrik”, guessed the riddles, and looked for ways out of situations that could lead to non-compliance with the rules of work on the World Wide Web. Pupils of the 4th form intercepted the baton from pentagrams and demonstrated their knowledge and skills of safe work online while participating in the online competition “Internet Security”, which was offered by the educational resource “On the Lesson”. Teachers of Information sciences Zadyranov O.B. and Prudenko V.V. held non-standard lessons in the form of debates in which 10-grade students expressed their thoughts on the question: “The Internet is good or evil?”. Ten-year-olds have come to the conclusion that it depends on each user and his behavior on the World Wide Web.
The coordinators of the week offer parents to join the celebration of the Day of Safe Internet, taking part together with their children in online quests organized by the teachers of the computer science of the city.
