Travelling round the country. Kyiv

Students of 10 grades made a study tour to the city of Kyiv. Students and their teachers Tkachenko T.Ye., Dovhal L.V. and Budavitska S.V. visited the museum “Eksperymentarium” which demonstrated experiments on a variety of physical phenomena. The museum is known that it is not forbidden to touch the exhibits with the hands. The peculiarity of the museum is that anyone can test himself in any discovery, explore different things and feel like a scientist. Students were happy to have actively participated in research experiments. Chair “yoga” basin of fountains, hydrodynamics, water spout, the pendulum Maxwell, mirror maze levitator Bernoulli Ames room and other exhibits enrich students’ knowledge.

After visiting the museum tour group visited the National Botanic Garden named after M.M. Hrisho. Exotic plants filled the hearts and kindled in them a new spirit of researchers. Students and teachers visited the conservatory which saw truly “wild” unfamiliar plants – tropical plants in South America, Africa, Australia, including orchids, roses, cameo, etc. Students saw exotic plants which previously only read.

The tour was a success; none are left without positive impressions. Looking forward to the next trip.
