Give the tree a ring
There was an ecological campaign to collect waste paper “Give the tree a ring”. The entire school family took an active part in this important event for our planet. The event was held within the framework of the “School Workshop for Sustainable Development”. As a result of the action, the pupils of the 2-A class (class teacher Dziuba A.O.) took the first place – 739 kg; the second place was taken by pupils of the 11-A class (class teacher Kononenko T.H.) – 430 kg, the third place was divided by pupils 2-I class (class teacher Mohylna T.M.) – 403 kg and 5-B class (class teacher Artiomova U.O.) – 398 kg. Among the students, the largest amount of waste paper was collected: Harage Sophia (2-A) – 110 kg, Rotan Snizhana (2-B) – 103 kg and Nechytailo Mariia (4-A) – 103 kg. In total, the students of the school collected over four tons of waste paper. The winners of the action received gifts; those were the environmental bags.
For many years our school has been actively involved in various environmental actions, saving nature. The Ecological Committee of the School Parliament sincerely thanks all the classes of the school, teachers and parents for their active participation in the preserved lungs of our planet.
