Today the ecological action of collecting recyclable materials was held. All school pupils took part in this important event for our planet. They collected 4 tons 921 kg of recycled paper, saving more than 380 trees. Chairman of the Environmental Committee of the School Parliament Denys Natura placed information about collected trash of our students at WWF, because we have many years taking part in the action “Give a ring to a tree.” The greatest amount of waste paper collected 3-B class (class teacher Shevchenko N.A.) – 543 kg, the students were second 7-A class (the class teacher Tereshchenko I.V.) – 405 kg, and students won third place 4-B class (class teacher Dziuba A.O.) – 305 kg. To save the environment an urgent need to clean the planet from polyethylene. Therefore, the students took part in this important event, renting plastic bottles and plastic lid. In the collection of plastic bottles were the first students of 4-B class (class teacher Dziuba A.O.) – 1832 bottles, the students won second 3-B class (class teacher Shevchenko N.A.) – 496 bottles, third place went to 8- B class (class teacher Sotulenko O.Yu.) – 404 bottles. Total school students had collected 6561 bottles. In collecting plastic caps won first place 3-A class (class teacher Ostapenko S.P.) – 2000 cover, students of 10-A were second (class teacher Artiomova U.O.) – 1140 covers, shared third place 4-B class (class teacher Dziuba A.O.) and 11-A class (the class teacher Dovhal L.V.) to 1100 covers. At school students have collected 10,469 caps. Our school has many years involved in various environmental actions to save nature.
