“Motivation and methods of increasing the cognitive activity of students” with this topic, the school’s teachers began their reboot. The meeting took place in the format of an interactive exercise “Technopark”, where the moderator was Deputy Director Karbivnycha I.V. At four locations, pedagogical workers practiced forms, methods and techniques for motivating and increasing the cognitive activity of students. A practical case of exercises was demonstrated by colleagues – practitioners: “Determination of water indicator” (teacher Budavitska S.V.), writing Kaligrams (teacher Honchar T.A.), making amulets (teacher Plakhotnia H.L.) and game applications and platforms (teacher Dovhal L.V.).
The second stage in the work of the pedagogical council was summing up the results of work with gifted students. 41 students represented our institution at the city stage of subject Olympiads, 15 students became prize winners and 4 students are winners of the 2nd stage of the International Ukrainian Language Competition named after P. Yatsyk. We hope that the knowledge gained and constant work on the development of our own pedagogical skills will contribute to the search for motivational approaches and methods for increasing the cognitive activity of our students.
