The next meeting of the Pedagogical Council on the topic - “Organization of the educational process based on modern trends in the development of the educational sector – a priority area of ​​school activity” began school methodological activities.
The school director Zavinovskyi V.I. addressed the audience with an introductory speech and presented the teachers – mentors Zasiadko L.V., Parnachova N.V., Solomka O.M., Kolomiets L.M., Artiomova U.A., Mykytenko A.A., Honchar T.A., Budavitska S.V., Boichenko O.V. with certificates for high-quality training of students.
Further work on the Pedagogical Council was continued by the Deputy Director for Educational Work Parnachova N.V. Teachers received interactive tasks for formulating the topic and main aspects that will be considered during the meeting. It was interesting to hear from the students what they consider to be a priority in their studies while watching the video interview. Palash D.S, Honchar T.A., Kazakova N.I., Yurin O.Ye., Budavitska S.V. shared their practical experiences with their colleagues. Teachers watched a video about the implemented modern trends in the educational industry in our institution and received information about Ukrainian and world research on the priorities of modern education. Choosing new directions in their work, Natalia Volodymyrivna, together with her assistant Lytovchenko T.S., prepared an interactive exercise where each group of teachers determined the main, in their opinion, priorities in the work of the institution for the next 5 years. The format of cooperation made it possible to take into account the opinions of each of the teaching staff in the formation of the main work strategies. Through joint work, analysis of problems and search for solutions, teachers strive to create an educational environment in which each student feels support, development and respect, which contributes to overall success.
