Support in the educational process — support and cooperation provided to those seeking education permanently or temporarily and involves the creation of favourable conditions for them to study in an educational institution, as well as the implementation of additional measures aimed at overcoming their educational difficulties, in particular those arising as a result of psychological trauma .
Today, our colleagues: school principal V.I. Zavinovskyi and Deputy Director Parnachova N.V. participated in conducting a scientific and practical seminar on the basis of Bohdan Khmelnytskyi Cherkasy National University “Organization of cooperation of participants in the educational process to provide psychological and pedagogical support for persons with special needs”.
The workshop included several stages of multilevel cooperation. V.M. Moisenko addressed the participants with an introductory speech – the first vice-rector of ChNU named after B. Khmelnytskyi, professor, honoured worker of education of Ukraine and Desiatov T.M. – Director of the Pedagogical Council, Social Work and Art, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of ChN University, Honoured Worker of Education of Ukraine.
Scientific reports were given: Lytvyn I.M., Hunaza A.M., Ovcharenko I.Yu., Brik L.V.
All participants of the meeting participated in practical exercises and team work, because everyone sought to improve their skills and abilities in innovative models of modern primary schools in the perspective of educational reforms in Ukraine, the “Puppet of a Person” method in working with children with disabilities. Discover new things in the formation of tolerance in working with students of primary school age using assistive technologies in working with children with special needs.
The seminar participants were grateful for the master classes, which confirmed that partnership interaction is a process of ensuring equal opportunities for all students, including children with special educational needs. Organization of an inclusive environment for a child who needs a certain level of support involves taking into account his individual needs and adaptation in society.
