Rewarding volunteers
Pupils Sokyrka Olha (9A), Dmytro Prikhodko (2B) and Khromova Sofia (4A) received thanks from Mayor. Students were awarded for active participation in the action “Draw a picture, write a welcome letter, and gather gift, defender congratulate Ukraine on the Day of St. Nicholas and Christmas.” Participants collect holiday gifts for military personnel who defend the independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine, compete in the anti-terrorist operation that is in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Joint forces of Cherkasy schools managed to collect as a gift to the military, more than two tons of home canning, honey, sweets, warm clothes and personal hygiene.
