Language image of modern Ukrainians
The students of our school participated in the National Conference “Language image of modern Ukrainians.” The conference was held at the specialized school №28 named by T.H. Shevchenko. Artem Oliinyk and Andrii Fomichov (10A) presented the project (coordinator teacher of Ukrainian language and literature Tunyk O.M.), which presented its view on the language image of modern Ukrainians. During the plenary session presentations were made associate professor, candidate of philological sciences, lecturer in Ukrainian linguistics and applied linguistics Cherkasy National University named after Bohdan Khmelnytsky Yarmolenko G. A. and associate professor, candidate of philological sciences, lecturer in teaching methodology, stylistics and culture of Ukrainian Krasovska O.M. At the final meeting the participants received certificates. Conference participants prepared an appeal to Ukrainian, which called on the fight for the purity of our language, nurture and enrich it, we speak native language in everyday life and to encourage all of the others.
