UNO Model 2020
Schoolchildren participate for the fifth time in the UNO Model Diplomatic Youth Game. This year the event was held under the slogan “Methods of Combating Terrorism in the World, Countering International Terrorism”. As a result of the draw, our team consisting of Heorhii Komarchev (8-B), Pavlo Lesechko, Bohdan Lutsenko, Daniil Parnachov, Volodymyr Nazarenko (9-A), Anhelina Horbunova (11-A) represented the Austrian Republic. Delegates worked on five committees and a press center, discussed current issues, and looked for ways to overcome them. Speaker of the school parliament Vladyslav Bosenko (10-A), as one of the organizers of the event, headed the committee on human rights and the child. The diplomatic ball at the Cherkasy Regional Art Museum was traditionally the end of the action.
