Ecological fairy tale
School students took an active part in the VIII city ecological fairy tale contest. Cherkasy schoolchildren competed in the writing of fairy-tales and the production of sculptures on the topic “Do not drink water from the dirty well”. Awarding of the winners took place on World Water Day in the assembly hall of the Central Executive Committee. Among the winners of the contest are 3A class students Maxym Zhyliaev, Veronika Rosina (teacher Sichkar T.P.) and 4B class Mykhailo Bezugly, Sofia Mishchenko, Alina Fidel, Vadym Kharchenko (teacher Shevchenko N.A.) At the awarding ceremony of the winners of the competition that took place under the slogan “Holiday on the contrary …” the regional organization VEL represented the head of the city organization VDS “Ecological Guard”, the teacher of biology of our school, Dovhal L.V., who, on behalf of the board, awarded the recognized contestants with personal awards and special prizes.
Note: The competition was initiated by the Cherkasy Vodokanal Communal Enterprise, the Center for Child and Youth Creativity of Cherkasy, and the Cherkasy Regional Organization of the All-Ukrainian Ecological League in the distant 2010. Subsequently, new partners joined the competition, including the Cherkasy city organization of the All-Ukrainian Children’s Union “Ecological Guard”.
