Vacation for students and teachers analyze, summarize action plan for democratic change, according to the project “Democratic School”. To monitor changes on a visit to the school project team visited Natalia Krat. She became a member of the Unity Day events, certifying gradual democratic changes in the school. The school community demonstrated the developments that have occurred in the year of participation in the project. The initiative group of the “democratic school” with Coach Natalia Krat highlighted as follows:

- carried out constant monitoring of the wishes of participants in the educational process;

- all information about school life became publicly available, there is feedback;

- Topics EDC / OPL included in the lessons and hours of communication;

- teachers, students, parents collectively planned school meetings;

- the parent community representatives were actively involved in school activities;

- introduce students in school life their ideas, forming active citizenship, overcoming indifference and have the opportunity to develop skills.

The processes of democratic change in the school have a beginning but no end, as a school community does not stop there. For most of the key competencies declared in the Concept of the new school, implemented primarily through the practical implementation of democratic values ​​and human rights in the educational process of school organization and management.
