For many years at the end of September, the school celebrated the Inclusion Day. Deputy Director of the School of Educational Work Barsukova L.M. spent a class in grade 10A with the theme “Good starts with you”. The event was held in the form of an open discussion of the good and mercy of everyone’s life.

Social educator, Kharchenko Ya.Yu., conducted interactive classes with students of 1B and 3B classes with the theme “We are all different – we are all equal”. During the event, schoolchildren became acquainted with the notions of a person as a person, understood the essence of the uniqueness of each. In the game form, a warm-up was conducted, where students were looking for common and individual features of a person, were actively expressing, exercising the “Microphone” exercise, watching an interesting video and drawing themselves, and then guessing on portraits of their classmates.

Note: According to UNESCO, inclusive education is “the process of addressing and responding to the diverse needs of students through ensuring their participation in learning, cultural activities and community life and reducing exclusions in education and learning”. The purpose of inclusive learning is to improve the learning environment in which the teacher and students are open to diversity, which guarantees the needs of students and their respect for their ability and ability to succeed.
