Democratic school. Day Two
On the second day of training, participants learned about the principles of European democracy. Trainers program offered theme “Benefits Council and their use in schools” and “a proactive stance in school: how it can manifest itself?”. Svitlana Ovcharenko and Natalia Krats stressed that the use of European experience will help in a relatively short period of time to significantly change school life towards democracy. The participants were offered the latest interactive business games, multimedia presentations. Activists of school life vividly discussed the democratization of the entire educational space, were heated discussions. In the near future will be held theoretical training for activists of parent group (democratic principles – legal framework, timing, etc.) where the parent lectures will be discussed understanding of democracy and democratic school environment with parents as well as proposals for monitoring the project “Democratic School”.
Continuing to work in the project, we will continue to coordinate with the coaches of “Democratic school”.
