Agents of Change
Student of 9A class Anastasia Nehrii studies at the school of civil and volunteer participation and patriotic education “Agents of Change”. Classes are held at the international center of children’s scientific creativity MANLAB. CAMP., which is located in Pushcha-Voditsa, Kyiv, on the initiative of the National Small Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, together with the Youth Initiative “Heart in the Palms”, the Charitable Foundation “Children of Hope and Love” and the Center for Political Studies and Analysts “Eidos” . The school is working with active students of grades 8-10, who have the desire to establish and develop initiatives aimed at improving the life of their community in the realities of the present-day Ukraine.
Learning at the school will form participants in the awareness of their role in society, participation and opportunities to influence its development. Classes are held in a gaming and creative atmosphere with the use of informal interactive techniques “Leaning by doing” with experienced trainers and guest lecturers.
The result of training is the social, cultural and artistic project implemented in the native settlement.
Acquired knowledge Anastasia Nehrii, chairman of the school committee of the school parliament, will share with senior pupils and use the work of self-government.
