23 Annual IATEFL Ukraine National Conference
Teacher of English and German languages Klymenko A.V. visited the 23rd Annual National Conference IATEFL Ukraine, held at the Kyiv University named after B. Hrinchenko. The conference was attended by experienced English teachers from Ukraine and beyond. The guests of the event were: Simon Borg – consultant ELT; Jenny Dowley – Teacher-Methodist, author of works on ELT; Alex Roditis – ELT Consultant, Teacher-Methodist, Speech Examiner, and others. Seminars and master classes with themes “What should be a 21st century teacher”, “How to teach students to be fluent in English”, “How to motivate students of junior, middle and high school to study English” were offered to the participants of the conference. Professionals in their work shared the techniques as interesting to teach a foreign language generation of open, extraordinary and free personalities. Anna Viacheslavivna’s experience will be shared with her colleagues and will be applied when working with students in foreign language classes.
