Whoever wants to keep up should move forward and not stop, reaching the top, but climbing higher. This is the basic mission of the modern teacher. There comes a critical moment from which the teacher can no longer work without modern technologies. He begins to use a variety of services not only to facilitate his work, but also to communicate with colleagues, students, parents, and society. Teachers of our school do not stand aside and improve their pedagogical skills, successfully undergo distance learning courses, seminars, and webinars. The most common educational platforms among the teaching staff are the Edera online education studio (90%), the Ukrainian educational online portal for Teachers for Lessons (73%), and the community of active educators “Universal” (56%). Topical themes of self-education of teachers of school are: “Domestic help” – certificates were received by 40 persons, 37 teachers passed the course “Academic Integrity”, “Work with children with special needs” – 23 teachers, “Participation of parents in the organization of inclusive education” 12 teachers, “Non-discriminatory approach to teaching” – 28 teachers passed, “Take and do” – 14 teachers. In addition, school teachers are active participants in Edcamp and Edlab workshops. 4524 hours is the total amount of material processed.
For hard work, all participants receive appropriate certificates, because professional development constantly requires an active position of teacher and can never be considered completed.
