From November 25 to December 10, 2017, our school has traditionally joined the action “16 Days against Violence”. Elected start and end dates are not random, as they create a symbolic chain combining measures against violence against women and human rights activities, emphasizing that any manifestation of violence against a person irrespective of his gender is a violation of human rights. Within the framework of the action, a school psychologist and social tutor conducted interactive lessons “How to withstand violence” with girls of the 8th and 9th grades. Volunteer Club on the World AIDS Day: “Vector” organized a round table on the topic “Do not be indifferent” and held the Red Ribbon campaign. On December 1, an exhibition of posters on preventive topics was presented at the school. At an information desk, students learned how to save their lives and health from a dangerous illness. The School Parliament discussed “Tolerant Treatment of Children with Special Educational Needs” on the Day of People with Disabilities. Primary school students, together with the pupils of the inclusive group of kindergarten number 54, “Butterfly”, prepared a holiday program. Pupils of 2-6 classes presented drawings on the theme “International day of struggle against slavery”. For students of grade 10-A, an oral journal “Dangerous Freedom, or Do not Become a Child Trafficker” was held. December 4, with pupils of grades 1-4, class leaders conducted hours of communication with the theme: “They are special”. Volunteer Club for 8th grade students presented the project “Volunteers – Enthusiasts of Our Time”. Sixth grade students met volunteers Pavel Sobkov and Yuri Kulyk, who talked about the importance of volunteering. On the occasion of the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Volunteer Day, 10-grade students attended the city’s patriotic performance “Celebrate the Worthy”.

Note: The action was held in order to draw the attention of the participants of the educational process to the problem of violence in society and to prevent negative phenomena that could lead to violence or provoke its commission, since the highest value of any state is a person, his life and health, honor and dignity, inviolability and security.
