Foreign Language Week #foreinglanguages
Day One Today, our school started a week of foreign languages, which this year is dedicated to the theme of “Traveling”. In school recreation, elementary school students got acquainted with posters about the countries of the world, creative project works, laptops and works of students of 5-11th grades. During the breaks, students in grades 2-3 together with English teachers marked on the world map the countries they visited. Excursions to English-speaking countries were conducted for 4th grade students, and with the youngest students the school repeated the types of transport, taught colloquialisms and made puzzles about famous places in the world. In the lobby, 3rd graders competed in the game “Best Poem Reader”, and first and second graders had fun dancing and singing as part of the event “Merry Music Breaks”. 5th graders joined the online event by making posts for social networks about the weather in different countries around the world. In general, the day was full of positive emotions, which will be supplemented every day.
