The 10th grade pupils (class teacher Kononenko T.H.) visited T. Shevchenko Museum “Kobzar”. Senior pupils visited the exhibition in honor of the memory of the famous Ukrainian writer Ivan Nechui-Levytsky. This year marks the 100th anniversary of the death of our famous fellow countryman who was born in the village of Stebliv, now in Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi district. Students learned about the writer’s work, saw exhibits of those times – books, first prints, editions of the 20′s of the twentieth century and several contemporary interpretations of famous works. Students with enthusiasm listened to the stories of guides, reviewed an excerpt from the film about Ivan Semenovych, felt the color and true spirit of the Ukrainian people.

Every visitor to the museum learned a lot about the history of his native land and the great writer Ivan Nechui-Levytsky.
