World Health Day

April 7th is World Health Day.
#Healthy Schools: For the sake of healthy and joyful students
World Health Day is a chance to pay attention to the topic of health and remind everyone of the importance of taking care of it. World Health Day is a tip and a call to support an active lifestyle to stay healthy and prevent illness. Project members support their health and offer some healthy lifestyle tips to everyone to live a happy and healthy life:
-Start a healthy lifestyle right now and strive for gradual progress.
- Support a physically active lifestyle and make it a part of your daily routine.
-For useful nutrition there are various products. Avoid using restrictive diets in the name of weight loss. They can damage your health and only offer temporary weight loss.
- Maintain a healthy body weight.
- Eat regularly, never skip breakfast or lunch.
-Be minding your food as an opportunity to feed yourself. It is extremely rare to consume sugary foods, sodas, or packaged foods.
-Eat seasonal food and eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Prefer fruits and vegetables grown locally.
-Reduce your salt and sugar intake. This is a step that can help prevent obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease.
- Drink plenty of fluid. Maintaining a good level of water balance is important for achieving good overall health.
- Try to avoid stress. Do yoga, practice meditation and work on changing your attitude to stress. Don’t react to any stressful situation and learn to ignore and have a positive outlook on life. Start with a healthy lifestyle right now and strive for gradual progress.
Be healthy and take care of your health and the health of your loved ones every day, because this is the key to a happy life.
At World Health Day, we wish all of us health and cheerfulness!
