Once again, the school family joined the celebration of Embroidery Day. This year we are celebrating the 15th Embroidery Day. Vyshyvanka is a kind of deep code of the Ukrainian ethnic group. It vividly reflects the special national tradition of our people. Embroideries are in every family, they are passed down from generation to generation, carrying through the centuries the history of an individual family, region, the whole nation. It is our responsibility to preserve, continue and nurture these unique customs. The embroidered shirt is both authentic and fashionable. Teachers, students and parents today joined the flash mob #Vyshivankovi_Cherkasy, wearing embroidered shirts to school and work.
