The new 2019-2020 school year in friendly school family started festively and inspiringly. New residents – first graders who will study under the program of the New Ukrainian School – met with applause and numerous wishes. The first teachers gladly took them under their wing: Tetiana Sichkar, Liudmyla Harazhun and Liudmyla Sidenko. This year, 110 first grade students became part of a friendly school family.
The school year began with the joint performance of the anthem of Ukraine by teachers and students. Head of the school Tetiana Tkachenko and MP of Ukraine, a former student of our school Oleksandr Skichko greeted all those present. The first bell rang for the students of the whole school and they made a friendly trip to the Land of Wisdom and Knowledge.
The first lesson was about “Respecting European values ​​- building a modern Ukraine”. At this time, parents and teachers in the courtyard of the school were creating greeting cards for students in 1st grade.
The second lesson was about creating an interactive stand “Our Dreams” and working with a new creative school notebook, which replaced the traditional daybook.
Various excursions, interactive games, meetings, quests, motives, which the students in the framework of the project “Social cohesion” spent in different locations of our city under the slogan “I, we, he, she – together we are school family”.
The first day brought a lot of positive impressions and created a good mood for the whole school year …
