Thanks from the City Mayor
The pandemic brought Ukraine not only difficulties, but also hundreds of examples of true sacrifice, heroism and willingness to help others. Parents and students of the 1st grade of our school did not stand aside and took part in the charity event #Generous Tuesday, helping the citywide project “Help Your Neighbor”. The 1st class team showed a sensitive attitude to solving the problems of Cherkasy residents.
The co-founders of the Help the Neighbor Cherkasy Charitable Foundation and Mayor A. Bondarenko thanked the 1st class for their personal participation in the work of the foundation and providing real support to those Cherkasy residents who needed it most during the quarantine.
Our school has a strong volunteer tradition and will continue to volunteer, forming an active civic position in students.
After all, someone else’s trouble does not happen, we are together!
