A meeting of the teachers’ council, which traditionally takes place during the autumn holidays, was held.

This school year, the school teaching staff worked on the scientific and methodical problem “From innovative content and technology through teacher pedagogical skills to quality education and creative individual student.”

In pedagogical pleased considered the issue of developing educational model of teacher and student interaction in terms of innovative learning system that would allow increasing the efficiency of formation and development of the creative person of the teacher and the student. In the report the vice principal Bilous O.O. outlined the main issues facing the team to improve the efficiency of the educational process in terms of innovation school.

In order to attract teachers to actively search for ways of harmonizing relations of participants of the educational process organized group work on creation of developing educational models of interaction between teacher and student. Representatives of the groups presented their projects, answered numerous questions, justifying the models. Then by open vote was chosen the best of the models – a model of “School vector reciprocal movement” (Group Leader Dovhal L.V.). This model was taken as the basis of interaction between teacher and student, in terms of which the school will set up a working group to develop creative measures for its implementation.

Teaching Council passed in a practical and constructive atmosphere, and its solution will help to improve the educational process.
