Cossack entertainment
The “Jubilee” park held urban sports and patriotic event among schoolchildren “Cossack entertainments”.
The team of our school “Lightning” of the students of 8th grades participated in this event, which was held to foster patriotism among students, the awakening of national consciousness, physical training, moral stability and promoting healthy lifestyles.
The general management of the competition exercised Department of Family, Youth and Sports Department of Education and Humanitarian Policy of Cherkasy City Council, and direct the competition involved a civilian building “Azov”.
Students competed in various contests such as “Escape from captivity captive Cossack” (jumping in sacks), collective jump rope, elephant, tiger, fight bags, Cossack intelligence, collective jumping, tug of war.
Pupils under the guidance of a teacher of physical culture Verbytskyi S.V. showed real agility, unity and team sports training.
