The school joined the Global Money Week International Initiative. For the fifth consecutive year, Ukraine is joining the global international educational initiative – the World Week of Money, in which events around the world are taking place for children and young people to raise financial literacy. Global Money Week is an international event aimed at expanding the capabilities of the next generation for a confident and responsible financial future. This year, educational events within the “Global Money Week-2018″ could be visited from March 12 to March 18.

For school students, excursions, exhibitions of drawings, lessons – lectures, conversations were held. In particular: for the students of the 11th grade the head of the department of Uniorbank Privatbank Vovchenko Andrii Hryhorovych was taken a tour to the department of “Dnipro”. Between the pupils of 8-B and 7-B class there was a quiz-contest “Financial genius”. For students from groups of prolonged days, the pupil of the 8-B class prepared a notification about the history of the hryvnia and familiarized with the elements of banknote protection. Continuation of such cooperation was drawings drawn by pupils of grades 1-4 on the theme “Money”.

10-A class students attended the department of Kredobank where the questions of the students courtesy of the answers were given by the head of the department Artiom Darchuk.

The educational hour for the 8th grade students turned into a financial excursion to Credit Agricole Bank. Director of the central office in Cherkasy Oleksandr Oleksandrovych Lepelenko taught students to critically apply to the offers in the market of banking services and trust them reliable.

An hour of communication for 10-grade students from Vovchenko A.H. was held. It was also interesting and non-standard.
