Energy camp in Slavsk
Cozy and comfortable boarding house “Slavskii”, pleased to meet the young energy managers of the project “School of Energy 2.0″. The energy camp is located in the same resort town Slavsko, which is in Lviv region.
During the week, young energy managers talked with each other, shared the results of the project, participated in various master classes and competitions. Participants of the energy camp met with scientists who gave lectures on the topic of generating solar energy, solar panel manufacturing and the principles of the functioning of a “smart home”. At practical lessons, children were engaged in the production of training and demonstration models of a “smart home” and an autonomous photoelectric installation, which would be an interesting visual material for other students. The participants of the project made a climb to the mountain Zakhar Berkut to admire the incredible landscapes and charge with the energy of the Carpathians.
The completion of the camp was the announcement of the results and the awarding of young energy managers. Happy participants moved around in their homes. But this project does not end there. Students and teachers will continue to carry out energy monitoring, disseminate the experience gained in the project, at their school and among other schools, their families, friends, and the general public.
