Day of Collegiality
One hundred years passed from a notable for every Ukrainian event – Act of Connection of WUNR and UNR. From 1999 on Day of Collegiality is January, 22 marked, taking into account the large political and historical value of association of Ukrainian Republic of People’s and Western Ukrainian Republic of People’s for formation of the single (cathedral) Ukrainian state. All school family became familiar with to the festive measures. For 2-11 classes class leaders prepared and conducted thematic informative hours: the “Cathedral mother is Ukraine, one on all, as guarded”. The students of school joined the annual All-Ukrainian action the “Living chain of Collegiality”. Tenth-formers together with the teachers of history conducted round of “IV table state document of UNR”. School librarian prepared the selection of literature from a theme the “Thorny way to Collegiality”.
Note: Day of Collegiality is saint Ukraine that is marked annually on January, 22 in the day of proclamation of Act of Connection of Ukrainian Republic of People’s and Western Ukrainian Republic of People’s that took place in 1919.
In this day it is accepted also to remember other event, that took place exactly on a year earlier January, 22 in 1918, – acceptance of IV of state document of UCR, that was proclaim complete independence of UNR.
